Our brief was to maximise the site with three double storey row dwelling townhouses. Special consideration was made to ensure each townhouse had an expansive living space and a luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite and walk in robe. All townhouses were designed facing the street with double garages. Each Torrens Title dwelling stands on its own, maximising the value for the clients and residents.
